Description

Ingredients

From 200g (7 oz) block feta cheese, drained
100g (3.5 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
23 tbsp cranberry sauce or jam
3 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove, smashed
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
Crackers or pita chips, for serving


Instructions

1. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tbsp honey, smashed garlic, and red pepper flakes. Warm gently for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat, stir in the remaining 1 tbsp honey, and set aside to cool.
2. In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy. Gradually drizzle in olive oil and continue blending until the mixture is fluffy.
3. Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a serving bowl and create a swirl design on the surface with a spoon.
4. Spoon the cranberry sauce into the center of the dip, then drizzle the cooled honey mixture over the top.
5. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and serve alongside crackers or pita chips.
