Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls
1 pound mild breakfast beef sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a skillet, brown the sausage and drain any excess grease.
3. Press the crescent rolls evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
4. Spread the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
5. Pour the beaten eggs on top of the sausage.
6. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
