Description
A savory pizza combining crispy bacon, tangy dill pickles, and melted cheeses on a seasoned crust.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 premade pizza crust
1 1/2 cups mozzarella
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
3/4 cup dill pickle slices
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1 Tbsp freshly chopped dill
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Place the pizza crust on the prepared baking sheet and brush it evenly with the oil mixture.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan over the crust, then bake until the cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, top with the pickle slices and chopped turkey bacon, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Before serving, garnish with chopped dill and crushed red pepper flakes.
Serve with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
For a halal option, replace bacon with turkey bacon.
Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
