Description
A creamy low carb chicken salad with ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and crispy cooked bacon, perfect for sandwiches, salads, or lettuce wraps.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)
2 tbsp mayo (or light mayo)
1/4 cup ranch dressing (or light ranch dressing)
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped cooked turkey bacon
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing, mayo, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
In a larger bowl, add the cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions, and cooked turkey bacon.
Pour the ranch dressing mixture over the chicken mixture. Stir everything together until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on sandwiches, salads, or in lettuce wraps. Enjoy!
