Description

A refreshing and nutrient-packed berry detox smoothie loaded with probiotics and fiber to support gut health.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 medium ripe banana (pre-frozen in coins)
1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
¾ cup plain kefir (or coconut kefir)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon raw almond butter
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional: 1 cup baby spinach
Optional: ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

Pour the kefir and almond milk into the blender first.
If using, add the baby spinach on top of the liquids.
Next, add the frozen berries, banana, and cauliflower rice.
Sprinkle in the ground flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, and protein powder last.
Blend on low for 20 seconds, then increase to high and blend for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
If the smoothie is too thick, thin it out with a little extra almond milk.
Enjoy immediately for the best texture and probiotic benefits.

Notes

Using pre-frozen banana coins makes the smoothie thicker and colder without diluting flavors.
Adjust almond milk to reach desired consistency.
Optional baby spinach and protein powder add extra nutrients and protein.
