Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
A pinch of ground ginger
1 apple, peeled and diced

Instructions
Place the diced apples and cinnamon in a small pot with a splash of water.
Simmer until apples soften, adding water as needed.
Stir in maple syrup and set aside.

Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve chia pudding in bowls.
