Description
Delicious bite-sized crescent dough cups filled with creamy Brie, topped with whole berry cranberry sauce, pecans, and fresh rosemary. Perfect warm appetizer for any occasion.
Ingredients
Cooking spray
All-purpose flour, for dusting
1 tube crescent dough
1 wheel of Brie
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped roasted, unsalted pecans
6 rosemary sprigs, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions
Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 375°F.
Lightly grease a mini (24-cup) muffin tin with cooking spray.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and press the seams together.
Cut the dough into 24 squares.
Press each square into the prepared muffin cups.
Cut the Brie into small pieces and place one piece inside each dough cup.
Spoon a generous amount of cranberry sauce over the Brie.
Sprinkle with pecans and top with a piece of rosemary.
Bake the bites until the pastry turns golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Serve warm.
