Ingredients

Scale

14 ounces can cranberry sauce with whole berries
20 ounces can crushed pineapple, juice drained and discarded
8 ounces Cool Whip
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple. Stir well to blend.
Add the Cool Whip to the bowl and gently fold it into the fruit mixture.
Stir in the vanilla extract and salt until evenly distributed.
Fold in the mini marshmallows.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours or longer.
When ready to serve, remove the cover, scoop, and enjoy chilled.

Notes

Refrigerating for at least two hours allows the flavors to meld and the texture to set.
Serve chilled for best taste and presentation.
