Ingredients
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
6 cups milk (we used skim)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa powder
liqueur optional
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
Whisk thoroughly until the cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk are fully incorporated.
Cook on low for approximately 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
When ready, serve with 1/2 to 1 ounce of a non-alcoholic flavoring or omit.

For a halal-friendly version, omit any alcohol or replace with a non-alcoholic extract like peppermint or almond.
