Description
Rich and creamy keto pots de crème made dairy-free with coconut milk and sugar-free chocolate chips for a smooth, decadent dessert.
Ingredients
1 15-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
1 9-ounce bag sugar-free chocolate chips
2 scoops Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate
Optional:
1 tablespoon sugar-free confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients for the Keto Pots de Crème in a saucepan and heat over medium-low.
Whisk constantly as you warm the mixture until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture evenly into 4 to 6 small bowls or ramekins.
Place in the refrigerator and chill until thoroughly set, about 2 hours.
Serve the Keto Pots de Crème topped with whipped cream, fresh berries, and/or chocolate shavings.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add the optional sugar-free confectioners sugar, raw cacao powder, instant coffee granules, and sea salt.
Serve chilled and enjoy with your choice of keto-friendly toppings.
