Description
A vibrant and tangy cranberry jalapeno dip balanced with creamy softened cream cheese, perfect for holiday gatherings and entertaining.
Ingredients
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
5 green onions, thinly sliced
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely minced
1 cup sugar
12 oz fresh cranberries
1/4 tsp salt
2 (8 oz) packs cream cheese, softened
Crackers for serving
Instructions
Place cranberries in food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add green onions, cilantro, jalapeno, sugar, cumin, lemon juice, and salt.
Pulse until well combined and smooth.
Transfer mixture to covered container and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Spread softened cream cheese evenly on a serving plate or 9-inch pie dish.
Spread chilled cranberry mixture over cream cheese layer.
Cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
Serve with crackers.

For less heat, ensure jalapeno is fully seeded and finely minced.
