Description
A creamy and refreshing Watergate Salad made with crushed pineapple, pistachio pudding, mini marshmallows, chopped pecans, and cool whip.
Ingredients
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (3.4-ounce) package pistachio pudding mix
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8-ounce) container cool whip
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple with the pistachio pudding mix.
Once well combined, add the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans, stirring until fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
Before serving, garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.
